1) Independent Project Reflection: Post a photo of your final piece (as usual, make sure it is nicely cropped, and well lit) In a paragraph, address the following: 1) What materials did you use? Did you try anything new? 2) Did you learn anything new over the course of this piece? 3) In your proposal we talked about your intended use of the elements & principles of design. Discuss which elements and principles you feel you used the most successfully, and why you feel you were successful. Elements: Line, Shape, Colour, Value, Form, Texture, Space Principles: Balance, Contrast, Emphasis, Movement, Pattern, Rhythm, Unity (if you've forgotten what these refer to, check out the posters in room 207) 2)Under your Art 11E tab, create a 'projects' dropdown menu. Under this menu, create a page with a gallery of all of your work this year. You could simply drag the 'Gallery' button over to the body of this post and upload all of your imagery, or do the same with the 'Slideshow' button. 3) Organize your Art portfolio. Tidy it up, make sure everything is in it, and place it with the rest of the 11E folders in the vertical shelving. You will need everything from 10E onwards next year, so DO NOT LOSE!. Have a wonderful summer!

Create a visual response to the following prompt using any drawing medium you prefer (no restrictions). Ex: graphite, charcoal, marker, watercolour, pen and ink, ink and brush, etc,
You may use any size/type of paper or drawing surface that you wish Note: you may also mix collage/found materials with your image This assignment can be as much about process as presentation and you are encouraged to engage in experimental thinking and risk-taking. No particular outcome is valued more than another, so feel free to explore the full range of possible expression in this piece of work.
